You are hereby notified that at a public hearing on May 20, 2025, the Bradford Planning Board voted to accept as complete the Annexation/Boundary Line Adjustment for Joseph D. and Sally A. Torro, Map 17, Lots 44 & 47, 161 East Main Street and 5 Greenhouse Lane, Bradford, NH 03221 with a vote of 6-0, all in favor. The condition for approval of the annexation/boundary line adjustment is as follows:

Permanent boundary markers must be in place before conveyance of the lots.

Note: The conditions of approval must be met within 180 days or the application will be considered null and void. The applicant may request, in writing, an extension.
